Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Package Your Item

  Carefully pack the product in its original packaging, ensuring all hardware, assembly tools, and instruction manuals are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your box, making sure to cover any previous delivery markings.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned furniture, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
